Experience
Summary
I've been building software for over a decade, and I'm now at Duke pursuing my M.Eng. in AI. I started with a business degree, and from there I've worked across the full stack, from writing application code to setting up cloud infrastructure to handling security and compliance. I've built systems across different industries and every one required a different approach. I pick the right tool for the job and keep things simple. If it doesn't need to be complex, it shouldn't be.
When I work on a problem, I think about the full lifecycle. The business case, the architecture, how it gets deployed, and how it holds up over time. That comes from building real systems for real users over the last decade. ML and AI expand what I can solve, and my business experience makes sure what I build is actually worth shipping.
